I had a great month in February; the post-Christmas period has been busy for me and my team, as work has continued to flood in from our clients. This, coupled with planning for the Costs Team’s forthcoming seminars, has ensured that I have had plenty to keep me occupied.

February has continued to be a month of learning and development as I continue to discover more about the CPS.

In the last month or so I have continued learning and developing my skills. I have taken on more purchasing duties and feel confident with my progress so far. There is still much more for me to learn but I am looking forward to it.

During the last few weeks, I have been engaging in the usual admin tasks such as scanning documents into client workspaces, archiving files and assisting with letters to clients. On top of this, I have recently been introduced to the process of client billing, which I find particularly interesting.

I have made so much progress within my role as a business administrator. Over the last six months, I have gained some experience in working with the whole unit when dealing with a multi-agency operation.
