Reflections on March 2017 as an apprentice with the Crown Prosecution Service Wakefield Reflections on March 2017 as an apprentice with the Crown Prosecution Service Wakefield

by Lewis Kirkwood

I have been at the CPS for about four months now and I am continuing to learn more about the role and the CPS in general. I have taken on more complicated tasks such as setting up new user accounts, running reports and purchasing more obscure items for different areas.  I am being shown new parts of the job so my knowledge of the role is expanding as the weeks go by. The end of March and beginning of April was a very busy time for my organisation as it was the end of the financial year. This was good practice as it meant that I had to use my skills productively to meet deadlines.
