Emma Dann - Sedulo Group Limited

Emma Dann is currently completing her higher apprenticeship in AAT accountancy and business skills at Sedulo Group Limited, the chartered accountants in Manchester. She completed her intermediate and advanced apprenticeships in accountancy with Damar. Emma’s Damar trainer, Jennifer Bennett says: “Emma is a very conscientious student and is always keen to be fully prepared for her exams. She is a delight to teach”.

Aleisha Starkie - Hayes Medicals

Aleisha Starkie completed an Advanced Level AAT Apprenticeship in Accountancy at Hayes Medicals. Being an extremely hard-working student, Aleisha completed each task with passion and dedication. She completed one unit after one day of teaching and passed her exam with a fantastic result. Throughout her apprenticeship, Aleisha always stayed on top of her work no matter the circumstances which demonstrates her admirable commitment. Her brilliant results are a reflection of the hard work she puts into her studies.

Sarka Rieder - Verastar

Sarka Rieder completed an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Business & Administration at Verastar. Since completing her apprenticeship, Sarka has been able to use her newly-developed skills in her day-to-day work and her confidence in thoroughly understanding what she is reading and writing has improved immensely. She now works at Verastar in Broadband Provisioning.

Molly Anson works at Medical Solicitors, a niche Law firm, assisting patients in the UK with complaints about their medical care and also acting in claims for compensation, where appropriate. She is currently undertaking the advanced apprenticeship in legal services as a Litigation Assistant.

Graham Lamb - The Christie NHS Foundation Trust

Graham Lamb works at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust as a Cook Team Leader responsible for the catering needs of patients, staff and visitors. He challenged himself by completing an advanced apprenticeship in management which will help him to develop his career with The Christie and the NHS. Whilst some areas of the course were stretching, Graham fully embraced the challenges and has developed his skills.

Jamie-Lee Jones - Woodley Village Surgery

Jamie-Lee Jones is currently undertaking the intermediate apprenticeship in medical administration. She is learning all aspects of working in a patient facing role in Woodley Village Surgery, which includes admin duties. Jamie-Lee is partway through a significant component of her apprenticeship: the 12-week Level 2 AMSPAR course which is a nationally recognised qualification in the medical industry.

Sam Burnett - Stepping Hill Hospital

Through hard work and dedication, Sam Burnett from Stockport NHS Foundation Trust has completed his apprenticeship in just six months as opposed to the standard timeframe of 12 months which is a remarkable achievement for both Sam and his Damar trainer, Lyn Usher.

Jess Fletcher has recently completed her higher apprenticeship in AAT accountancy and business skills with Sim Trava, the Costa Coffee shop franchise, passing all her exams first time to achieve the title of Accounting Technician.

Jess Ruthven works for United Solicitors in Levenshulme where she carries out book-keeping duties. She has just completed her advanced apprenticeship in accounting and finance, which includes the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting.
