Customer Service Assistant with an IT Support Company in Cheetham Hill

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:45 am- 5:30 pm

Job Specification: You will be required to take calls from customers and deal with their enquiries, log calls on and queries on the system and pass details through to engineers. In addition you will be required to ensure that queries are dealt with by the relevant person, monitor customer satisfaction and gather customer feedback.
Person Specification: You must have good Customer Service skills and a polite telephone manner.
Qualification: Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship.
