How much does it cost?
If you use our Accelerate© service to recruit apprentices, the net cost of our service is usually £0 and generally no more than £500, regardless of the age or prior qualifications of the candidate.
If we deliver apprenticeship training to your existing staff, the cost is often subsidised by the Government. For eligible staff who enrol prior to 31st July 2011:
- For staff aged under 19, the training is fully funded.
- For staff aged 19-24 training is subsidised however Damar does not currently charge additional fees from employers in most cases.
- For staff aged 25+ an employer contribution is always required (please see our price list for details).
Staff with qualifications higher than A level are currently ineligible for Government funding, regardless of age. We keep our customers informed of changes in funding to ensure they make the best possible use of the opportunities available.
