ETP - Employer Training Programme

ETP (The Employer Training Programme) is a brilliant opportunity for both employers and their workforce.  It provides the opportunity for individuals to increase their knowledge, skills and experience and so contribute more to the organisations they work in PLUS giving them the benefit of achieving a Nationally Recognised Qualification.  ETP is funded by the local Learning & Skills Council for people meeting their eligibility criteria - that is those aged over 25 and not yet qualified to Level 2 or the equivalent (4 or less GCSE's grades A-C)
