Damar expands its management and customer service training offer

Manchester-based Damar Training has appointed Simon Milk to its training team. Simon joins Damar after twelve years’ experience of team leading and project management within the customer service division of a FTSE 100 company. The appointment strengthens Damar’s offer to employers working in call centre and customer service environments where it already has a strong presence, working with British Gas amongst others.

Jonathan Bourne, Damar’s Managing Director commented:

“As well as supporting companies with the recruitment and training of apprentices in customer service roles we are seeing increasing demand for higher level apprenticeships in areas such as contact centre management. For larger employers we can now develop apprenticeship pathways that integrate with existing career structures, supporting staff right the way through from entry level to management positions. Simon’s appointment increases the breadth of our support to such employers.”
