We know the jobs market is tough at the moment, particularly for those aged 16 to 24. In our experience though young employees who are working towards apprenticeships are more likely to find and retain jobs than employees without relevant qualifications. As a result we are offering the following incentives to new learners and their friends!
- If you are aged between 16 and 24 and have found your own job then Damar will pay you £50 when you become an apprentice with us.
- If you introduce a new learner who has a job and is aged between 16 and 24 then you and your friend will each receive a £50 thank you from Damar.
Incentives are paid once a learner has been on programme for 6 weeks and do not apply where the employer is an existing Damar customer. Offer is dependant upon eligibility for a funded apprenticeship (most people without qualifications higher than A level are eligible).
