Stockport Council launches Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony – 2nd July 2015

Damar is supporting the first ever Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony to be held at Stockport Town Hall on 2nd July 2015. The application process is now OPEN to register for tickets to the event, which we will be attended by lots of successful Damar students and colleagues as well as by apprentices who have completed their qualifications with other providers.

It will be a fantastic event that celebrates the success and achievements of Advanced and Higher Apprentices, along with their parents and employers. So, if you have completed an Advanced or Higher Apprenticeship since 1st January 2014 (or you have a colleague that has), get involved!

The event will take place at Stockport Town Hall on July 2nd 2015, starting at noon.

The event is FREE and there will also be an opportunity for formal photographs to capture the day’s experience.

Applications are open to eligible apprentices and their training providers and employers, but invitations will be issued on a strictly a first come first served basis.

Apprentices need to have achieved an Advanced or Higher Apprenticeship between 1 January 2014 and 31 March 2015 and be a resident of or be employed by an employer based in Greater Manchester.

To receive an application form, or for more details, contact apprenticeships@stockport.gov.uk or telephone 01614742350 or 01614744745.
