An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Manager to join our Knowledge team at Damar Training.

We are an apprenticeship training provider with a clear purpose – to create real, long-term value for individuals and organisations. We have a committed, professional and friendly team who share our objectives and we are proud to work with hundreds of great employers and thousands of apprentices, all of whom share similar goals.

The apprenticeships we deliver are mostly in professional and business services. Our areas include law, accountancy, administration, management, customer service and travel. We work with large public and private sector organisations.

This role will be responsible at first for our Paralegal and Chartered Legal Executive apprenticeships, with an expectation that it extends to include new standards.

The successful applicant will have a passion for excellence and be comfortable taking responsibility for work that is the backbone of our business. This will drive you to:

  • Build on our sound foundation we have already built to create improvements to our legal programmes based on feedback from coaches, students and employers.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues (especially coaches, legal tutors and Business Development) to identify and promote good practice in our apprenticeships.
  • Take a lead in developing new programmes to expand our business.

This role is available to home workers so we welcome applications from experienced individuals across England, but someone within commutable distance of Manchester for occasional on-site working would be desirable.
