We are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Business Development team.

As a recruitment Co-ordinator you will be responsible for your own caseload, working hard to not only build, but maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

The role of a recruitment Co-ordinator at Damar Training is to advertise apprenticeship vacancies, resource suitable candidates, screen and arrange interviews in line with client expectations. It will be your responsibility to take care of the full recruitment process from the start of an application to the final placement.

We are looking for a senior administrator to join our contracts and compliance team.

This is a varied and responsible role working at the heart of our business. Our contracts team manages our Education and Skills Funding Agency contract, ensures that we remain compliant and provides high quality professional support to other colleagues as well as our partner-employers. You will have experience of apprenticeships either at a training provider or large employer, be highly organised and have great attention to detail.

This is a maternity leave cover post for a minimum of 15 months.

If you have experience in the legal sector together with great communication and excellent stakeholder management skills then please get in touch. We’re looking for three home-based trainers to support our apprentices across:

  • Merseyside
  • East of England (esp. Cambridge, Norwich, Chelmsford)
  • Birmingham

Our trainers are responsible for managing the training of a caseload of apprentices, ensuring that they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeships as planned. So, you’ll be working with the apprentices as they progress through their legal and business administrator qualifications.
