If you’re passionate about helping people achieve then we’re looking for a trainer. You’ll be based at our Stockport office and work with our learners who are working towards their business administration qualification. Our trainers are responsible for managing the training of a caseload of apprentices, ensuring that they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeships as planned.
If you have experience in administration together with business skills, great communication and stakeholder management skills then we’d love to hear from you.

Damar is continuing to grow and we are now looking for someone to join us in this newly created role as a Business Development Team Leader.
You will oversee and drive the performance and delivery of the Business Development team in line with agreed targets. You will support the Business Development Manager with overall leadership of the team. This will include people management and developing new business opportunities. You will have strong product knowledge including apprenticeships and further education. It’s key you have the ability to drive team performance to achieve set targets and at least 2 years’ experience people management.

Damar Training is continuing to grow and we are now looking for someone to join us in this newly created role as a Lead Development Executive.
You’ll be working with Damar Training's business development team in Stockport and will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and pro-actively generating new sales leads to support Account Managers. You’ll be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. You’ll also need to be a positive self-starter with a track record in sales with the added ability to develop business relationships. We’ll also want you to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 year’s business to business outbound telemarketing experience. Ideally you have experience in the education sector but it’s not essential as full training will be given.

You’ll be based at home; ideally around Liverpool or Warrington so that you can visit our employer partners and learners mainly across Manchester and Liverpool. If you have experience in the legal sector or professional services together with business acumen, great communication and stakeholder management skills then we’d love to hear from you.
Our trainers are responsible for managing the training of a caseload of apprentices, ensuring that they develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed in their roles and complete their apprenticeships as planned. So, in the main, you’ll be working with our apprentices as they progress through their legal and business administrator qualifications.
